NEW ACCOUNTS FOR BULK ORDERS
To open an account with Cloud Hands, your order must include one of the following:
- A completed and signed Cloud Hands credit application with 3 credit references, 1 bank reference, and your resale certificate or federal tax ID number. If you choose this option, your order will be invoiced with Net 30 Days payment terms.
- A MasterCard or Visa number (via mail, fax or phone) or a check (via mail). If you choose this option, your account will be set up as a 'Pre-pay Only' account, and future orders must be accompanied by prepayment.
FOR MAIL/FAX ORDERS
Please include the following information on all mailed or faxed orders:
- Ship-to and Bill-to address (if separate)
- Phone number
- Purchase order or reference number
- Quantity, title, and ISBN of each item ordered
BACKORDERS
We are willing to supply or cancel backorders at your preference. Unless otherwise notified, we will automatically backorder all qualifying titles.
DISCOUNTS
Orders of 20 units or more will receive a discount of 50%.
RETURNS
Postage on all returns must be prepaid. Collect shipments will be refused. No permission to return is required. To qualify for returns, books must be received in Chicago in excellent condition and returned no earlier than 90 days from invoice date. Enclose your packing slip with shipment, including the following:
- Your store name and address
- Invoice number and invoice date
- Reason for return
- Detailed list of contents-quantity, ISBN and title
CLAIMS
Claims for shortages, damages, incorrect titles, etc. must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION
Your order will be processed and shipped within approximately ten business days. Credit card orders are not charged until the books are shipped. If you send your order by postal mail, please send your payment with a check in U.S. dollars, not cash. Foreign checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank.
